As the associate director, editorial, Carroll Doherty is principally responsible for writing and editing the center's reports, as well as playing a central role in guiding the overall direction of the center’s research.
He was formerly a senior writer at Congressional Quarterly, where he spent a decade covering politics and foreign affairs. A graduate of the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies, Mr. Doherty also assists in designing questionnaires, developing research projects and analyzing polling data.
